This page describes how HARMONIUM LLC processes information for FORGET YOUR CREDIT CARD. It may be updated from time to time.
Who is responsible
HARMONIUM LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operates FORGET YOUR CREDIT CARD. Privacy and account requests: hello@forgetyourcreditcard.com.
What we process
- Email, optional name, hashed password, email-verified flag.
- Sign-in session (about 7 days). Password-reset tokens (1 hour) and email-verification tokens (24 hours), stored hashed and used once. Changing the password invalidates existing sessions.
- Stripe Customer, Subscription, Price, and Invoice identifiers, plus paid amounts in USD cents used for Lifetime Forgotten.
- Subscription status, monthly amount, period dates, and whether cancellation at period end is scheduled.
- Forgetter number, level, public-profile flags, referral attribution, and anonymous Wall events (amounts or Forgetter numbers — not emails or card data).
- Technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
We do not store card numbers or CVV. Stripe processes payments. Email verification is not required to sign in or start Checkout.
Why
Information may be processed when reasonably necessary to provide the Service, manage the account, process payments, keep the Service secure, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your requests. Which of these grounds apply can depend on applicable law and the context of the processing.
Who else sees data
Stripe processes payments. Hosting and transactional email are provided by our hosting and mail provider. The Wall and public Forgetter pages do not show email or payment-card data. Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for such transfers.
How long
Session and email tokens expire as stated above. After account deletion, login is disabled and the email is replaced; payment history and the Forgetter number are kept so the ledger stays consistent. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You can change public-profile settings, STOP FORGETTING, or delete the account (which cancels billing immediately). Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection to certain processing. Contact hello@forgetyourcreditcard.com.
