Terms of Service
These terms are provided for the use of the Service and may be updated from time to time.
Operator
FORGET YOUR CREDIT CARD is operated by HARMONIUM LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: hello@forgetyourcreditcard.com.
The service
FORGET YOUR CREDIT CARD is a paid monthly subscription billed in US dollars through Stripe Checkout. You choose one of these amounts: $1, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $500, or $1,000 per month. A $10,000 amount is not offered.
The amount is selected in the app. The Stripe Price is chosen on the server. You cannot set an arbitrary charge or Price ID from the browser.
Billing and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and security codes are not stored by this application. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Successful charges are recorded from the Stripe invoice amount paid.
The application does not issue automatic refunds. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
STOP FORGETTING
STOP FORGETTING asks Stripe to cancel at the end of the current paid period (cancel at period end). Access and ranking continue until that period ends. The Customer Portal lets you update the payment method and view invoices.
Account deletion
Deleting the account is different from STOP FORGETTING. Deletion cancels any eligible Stripe subscription immediately so billing stops. Login is then disabled. Payment history and the Forgetter number are kept; Forgetter numbers are never reused.
Lifetime and ranking
Lifetime Forgotten is the sum of successful invoice amounts, not the list price and not a figure typed in the browser. Ranking includes only eligible active subscriptions, ordered by monthly amount then Forgetter number. Cancelled subscriptions leave the ranking when they are no longer active.
Use of the service
You must be allowed to use the payment method you provide. Do not attack, scrape abusively, or impersonate others. Stripe may mark a subscription past due or unpaid if a renewal fails; ranking and access follow Stripe status. We may change or interrupt the service; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HARMONIUM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Service. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not waived.
Other
The site name, design, and software belong to HARMONIUM LLC or its licensors. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws governing the relationship between HARMONIUM LLC and the User, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections available to the User.
